   CHAVACANO DISH        EL INDULSAO         Ingredients:  1kilo pork (ham)  2 cups pineapple juice 1/4 kilo brown sugar 1/2 cup soy sauce 1/2 cup brandy (any kind) 3pcs. dried bay leaves black pepper (crack) Cooking Procedure: In a large bowl combined together pork and all ingredients then mix well marinate for 4 to 6hrs. then cook in low fire until the sauce become thick

 Vagetable Soup  Ingredients:    Cooking Oil 1 Pc Onion Medium 3 cloves garlic, crushed 1Cup Carrots Diced 1Cup Bagiuo Beans(green beans)    cut into small 1Can liver spread (small) 1 Big can of sweet whole kernel corn  1Canil evaporated mil k (big)   Salt and pepper to taste Cooking Procedures: In a pot saute the garlic and onion then add bagiuo beans,carrots and water simmer few minutes add kernel corn,liver spread and evaporated mil k   then simmer for 2 munites then add  Salt and pepper to taste
