Chavacano dish Indulsao

   CHAVACANO DISH
       EL INDULSAO 

       Ingredients: 
1kilo pork (ham) 
2 cups pineapple juice
1/4 kilo brown sugar
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup brandy (any kind)
3pcs. dried bay leaves
black pepper (crack)





Cooking Procedure:

In a large bowl combined together pork and all ingredients then mix well
marinate for 4 to 6hrs.
then cook in low fire until the sauce become thick
